  Samuel Fenske came to my house yesterday and today to assist with some plumbing issues, and he was fantastic. Very professional, consulted with me on various things, was happy to answer any questions I had, also just a very personable guy and was happy to welcome him into my home. Feel very confident in the work that was completed and would definitely work with him again in the future. Highly recommend!

  Chris Lachick, Adam Paquin and Issac Lane completed an istall of a new controller for a Bradford White Hybred Water heater. Great trouble-shooting and part procurment by Chris, with awesome install and checks by Adam and Issac. Will be a repeat customer for sure! Mike C Topsham, ME.

  Arne was so very kind. I am elderly and he was extremely patient. His explanations were clear and concise. He assisted me with computer issues in applying for my rebate. I love my new heat pump. It is the perfect one for me. Thank you, Dave's World, for sending such a fine man and having such a superior product.

  These guys were great. I had a problem with my bath tub that another plumber took a look at and ghosted me… really. So you know it was bad. I had a guy from Dave’s World come out to check it out, I think his name was Chris. They came out super quick. Great guy, took the time to talk to me and explain everything and continue to answer my questions via text after the visit. Now the bath is being fixed by two other Dave’s World guys and they are installing a new tub. These guys, Isaac and Adam are also super personable and helpful. They are really hard workers and also upbeat, which makes me feel comfortable while they are in my home. I’m listening to them talk together about the work while they are doing it and it sounds like one of them could be an instructor at a place that teaches master plumbers. He’s a wealth of knowledge and problem solving skills. I’m left wondering where they found this well-source of personable and knowledgeable people because 100% of the three they’ve sent out has been the same kind of great person. Is there a bar they go to, are they grown in a specific area of Maine? Where do I find an older model? Dave’s world gets my highest recommendation and I will tell everyone about this company. It’s a Maine company, but covers the whole state, and they have a high standard for their services and reputation.

  Adam and Isaac actually came to me from the Presque Isle store, but said the are based in Dover which is why I'm posting here. These guys came to replace a sacrificing anode in my heat pump water heater. Unfortunately, due to my lack of diligence, and seriously hard water, the original 8 year old anode was petrified to the tank so I've still got a brand new anode if anyone's interested. But enough about me. I couldn't be more Impressed with these guys. Adam and Isaac had the perfect combination of professionalism and personality. I tried not to hover while they were working as I know how much I hate that, but I could tell they tried everything possible to free my recalcitrant anode. They also took the time to show me my water shut off valves and the water heater power supply switch. I'd without hesitation recommend Adam and Isaac to anyone anytime. Also, to comment on Dave's world, I'm their latest fan. They were extremely friendly and professional. The texted me the details of my appointment, texted me a reminder the day before the appointment, and texted me when the guys were on their way. 'AWESOME'
