They were quick to respond to my inquiry for a generator, they had availability for a site visit allowing an estimate to be generated quickly. Dan was very thorough, offering a couple of options, each with an estimate. Mary Ann worked on financing as well as scheduling with CMP, doing all the heavy lifting for me!! Installation was timely and well done, great crew, respectful, curtious and complete. And just in time for the holiday storm and power outage!!

They were very honest with me about weather limitations but gave me a tentative date. They guided me through the options without a hard sell. They also were extremely helpful in dealing with changing propane suppliers and coordinating a successful installation. The installation crew was on time and very courteous and professional . Highly recommended
