  The Carroll County Roofing Co. was great to deal with. From the initial visit with Mark throughout completion of the project they were easy to deal with. The workers who installed the roof were top notch. I’d strongly recommend considering using this company if you are in need of a new roof.

  What a great company to work with! Great customer service, realistic prices, fast service. Everyone we spoke with was from Carroll County Roofing Company was great and very friendly, they didn't mess around with the hour long bs sales pitch from most other companies, we had our estimate within 20 minutes and at the end the price quoted was what we paid. Cortni emailed all the details and kept us updated through the scheduling process. During the install of the new roof I was at work, Mark sent me pictures throughout the job and kept me informed of everything they were doing and seeing. They were very respectful of our property, cleaned up extremely well when they were done. All in all this was a top notch experience from an outstanding company. We appreciate your great work!

  If you are looking for a reliable local roofing company with high quality standards and great execution, then Carroll County Roofing would be an excellent choice. This multi-generational company has been in business for 100 years and acts accordingly. My interaction with owner Mark Thomas and his team was very positive. After spending hours researching what constitutes a good roofing installation, Mark answered every question I had about raising the quality of the install with ‘we already do that’ and followed through on every promise during the install. In the end I look back on the quality of their work with admiration and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Great work on my last house and great work on my current home! I would definitely call them for my next home if it needed improvement. Mark Thomas, Sr. climbed up on my roof himself rather than sending a salesman to evaluate. He quoted me a very fair price and then delivered excellent service! His son, Mark Thomas, Jr. came with a smile on his face and a great crew to do the work. They spread tarps to protect newly planted flowers and shrubs from nails and debris. They repeatedly combed a magnet through the area to eliminate stray nails. Very nice to do business with and their work is excellent! Very polite and professional. Respectful and reasonable. New roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. I love it!

  We selected CCRC to come out and take a look at a roof leak on our just-bought rather large custom house, and they reported that many people had worked on it, with many patches everywhere and a probably retrofitted ridge vent. This was a little surprising for what were supposed to be 40 year architectural shingles, but what are you gonna do buying a house with history. We decided Mark and his son were giving us an honest assessment, were local, and very nice people, so we contracted with them to replace everything, shingles, skylights, gutters. What I like is they selected very good products and materials based on their specific expertise and experience as installers. They were also very responsive to all our questions and concerns, and the financing couldn't have been easier. We're very happy with the roof and they have come out to make adjustments for downpours and to diagnose an overflowing gutter. We will monitor and may install another downspout on the very long seamless gutter which is over capacity. The ability of their team to execute the installation of roof and gutter and numerous skylights, some vented, on a totally custom 9600 sq foot house with existing landscaping minimally harmed speaks volumes about their high capabilities as a company and team and team leaders.
