  The Carroll County Roofing company did an outstanding job on our roof. Their quote was reasonable, no hidden cost, professional, clean up was great & I am so grateful they were able to fit us in. Especially since our roof was leaking. They even took pictures of the rotten plywood for us to see. They corrected a problem the crappy sunroom company did that cause one of our leak issues. They are the go to roofing company if you need a new/replacement roof.

  The Carroll County Roofing Co. was great to deal with. From the initial visit with Mark throughout completion of the project they were easy to deal with. The workers who installed the roof were top notch. I’d strongly recommend considering using this company if you are in need of a new roof.

  What a great company to work with! Great customer service, realistic prices, fast service. Everyone we spoke with was from Carroll County Roofing Company was great and very friendly, they didn't mess around with the hour long bs sales pitch from most other companies, we had our estimate within 20 minutes and at the end the price quoted was what we paid. Cortni emailed all the details and kept us updated through the scheduling process. During the install of the new roof I was at work, Mark sent me pictures throughout the job and kept me informed of everything they were doing and seeing. They were very respectful of our property, cleaned up extremely well when they were done. All in all this was a top notch experience from an outstanding company. We appreciate your great work!

  If you are looking for a reliable local roofing company with high quality standards and great execution, then Carroll County Roofing would be an excellent choice. This multi-generational company has been in business for 100 years and acts accordingly. My interaction with owner Mark Thomas and his team was very positive. After spending hours researching what constitutes a good roofing installation, Mark answered every question I had about raising the quality of the install with ‘we already do that’ and followed through on every promise during the install. In the end I look back on the quality of their work with admiration and would highly recommend them to anyone.
