They allowed us the time to make a selection comfortably without 'hovering' over us. Our carpeting was installed on the date/time and within the promised work time - one hour! We will definitely use them for any additional carpeting needs as well as some of the other services they provide.

This first time was my kitchen and guest bathroom, this time I had new carpet installed on my stairs and hallway! I love the professionalism, and the clean up afterwards. Just like they were never there! Can’t wait to get my master bath and secondary bath completed. Oh, and they treat you like family, they really do! Thank you Kevin!!

He's personable, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. I have shopped at this store for 12 years and can say, without hesitation, that the quality of service has remained the same. Ray keeps up with the latest and most popular products in the market. Also, they're carpet and tile technicians are definitely experts at their craft. They're prompt, professional, neat and tidy. My experiences with Carpet & Floors Market have been excellent and satisfying. I would definitely return to this store in the future, for all my flooring needs.

It was a quick and easy experience working with Kevin and the 2 Installers (which is in-house installers) (sorry I don't remember their names) but they did an excellent job in installing the carpet in our living room and family room. They arrived on time, they were polite and professional. They moved all the furniture and put it back where it belonged. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were very careful of our furniture. We give them a 10 score or higher.
