Heil was at our house within 2 hours after I first called. They offered to do the job for a price that was fixed, even though a job like this is never routine. Two days later, a crew of 3 plumbers arrived at 8 AM. They pulled the new pipe through the old one and were done by 1 PM. The house was left spotless and there was no damage to our yard. They even swept the street! There were 3 bids for the job. The first company planned to trench across our yard and under our patio. The second company was unavailable for a week, and the cost was significantly higher.

Seth and his coworker were incredibly quick, efficient, and clean throughout the entire process. The pricing was very competitive — significantly better than two other quotes we received — and the quality of work was excellent. At this point, Seth has helped us with multiple plumbing projects in our home, and we’ve come to really trust both him and the company. They’re consistently professional, courteous, and do the job right the first time. Heil Plumbing is definitely our go-to for any plumbing needs — highly recommend!
