Dave came in and saw that the flame sensor was the wrong size and put in the original sensor, retested it and found that a 9 pin plug was not plugged in all the way. Once he did that, problem solved. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend this company. I can't tell you how many people I had to come and diagnose it. And EVERY one of them missed that 9 pin plug and wanted to charge thousands of dollars to fix it. Thanks again, they even told me where I could get another flame sensor if I needed one and gave me the part number. AAA+ Service.

We decided to add a new A/C unit, along with a hot water heater with the new furnace. There were incentives that really helped the final cost. Last but certainly not least, "Robert" and "Chase", the two gentlemen who installed all three units were absolutely the nicest, most respectful fellows we could have asked for. They arrived on time, kept us informed of their progress, answered all questions, and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. If you're in need of anything HVAC and pass Green Comfort by, you missed the boat sister! One more thing, Rhonda (office/finance lady) is sooo nice and works with you every step of the way. What a wonderful experience. Thanks Kyle.
