They completed a full kitchen remodel (cabinets, quartz countertops, etc.), replaced flooring across our entire main level (tile and hardwood in two sections), and handled extensive painting and repairs throughout our home. Most impressively, Sanj completed everything within just 8 days and with exceptional professionalism, organization, and quality. My wife and I have worked with many contractors over the past 15 years across multiple homes, and we’ve never met anyone as reliable, responsive, and results-driven as Sanj. As my wife perfectly put it: “Exceptional and timely delivery on a tight timeline.” Superlatives may be common in reviews, but if we could give only one person a five-star rating among all the professionals we’ve worked with, it would be Sanj. Highly recommend him and his team!

He came highly recommended by a realtor friend, and they always know the best people! He came out quickly to look at my space, made recommendations based on lifestyle, budget and resale, and then promptly sent me a detailed estimate. They did a beautiful job installing luxury vinyl planks that look like wood but are completely waterproof, solving a long standing issue with water seeping into the basement. They also touched up the walls, ceiling and trim and completely replaced the exterior door. We couldn’t be happier! In fact, we ended up having him replace the water heater, a job that I was getting estimates for but found them all way too high. Sanjit got the job done quickly and for a much better price than the plumbing companies. His work is high quality, completed in a timely manor and reasonably priced. I will continue to use Sanjit and his team for any future projects.
