Our technician, Jesse, gave me options for replacement heaters, specifically one that would prevent the same issue from happening again. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Liberty Pure for your plumbing needs!

Had a water pump installed 2 years ago (working fine) but the call centre was very unprofessional with scheduling appointments for filter changes. I take the time to plan my day to be available for your technician. As a business owner you should know and appreciate this. Despite requesting this appointment 2 weeks before, I was told that it needs to be changed to the morning because of the route of the technician. Despite telling the call centre employee Coleen, no, that doesn’t work for me, I need it to be in the afternoon, the next day I was ignored and received a message that it had been changed to the morning despite making it clear it doesn’t work for me. I had to waste 10 mins of time and energy arguing with the call centre employees Paula and Ben to get it changed. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I then emailed the owner Doug, who gave his politically correct response (basically didn’t care) and promised to have his VP follow up, who never did. Theres plenty of other businesses, if you can’t do the basic communication, then you aren’t very special. If you can be at home all day and take their schedule changes, then this is the company for you. If you have a job don’t expect this company to help you.
