Dean Maiorano-project manager came out on 9/29 & from start to finish, it was a pleasure working with him. He was always professional & friendly! When he came out on 9/29- he thoroughly looked over the bedroom, asked if we wanted to keep the same color (if not, to let him know), he advised the work would be completed in 2 days & he was just waiting on the adjustor. Dean called within the same week, said all was clear to start the project & he scheduled me for 10/7 & 10/9. Dean provided me with a business card & advised to call with questions and or concerns. Earl, Brin & Arlin was great! They worked well as a team & did a phenomenal job. They came out on 10/7 & advised the room needed to dry & came back on 10/9- & yes project was completed. Dean was hands on & made sure all was going well & made sure once completed, I was satisfied & YES, I was. Dean was nice enough to close an opening in my bathroom & painted the area. John called me this morning & wanted feedback. I told him Dean, Earl Brin & Arlin was great, I would use 911 restoration again & recommend to others. Dean, Arlin, Earl & Brin deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you guys for everything- job was awesome & I'm a satisfied customer !!!! Call 911, you won't be disappointed!
