Our hot water heater broke unexpectedly & flooded our basement right before Thanksgiving. Without hesitation John, Dean, Will & their team handled everything seamlessly, causing absolutely no stress to us. With such a stressful & sudden situation happening at the worst time, we couldn’t be more grateful for that. We can’t thank them enough for the peace of mind & work they’ve done for us! We are really looking forward to working them in the future on planned renovations in our home :)

I called my insurance and reported the damage, insurance assigned 911 Restoration Company who was very helpful and prompt in responding to my concerns. They immediately started water mitigation in the living room and basement area to prevent mold from growing and spreading throughout the house. They also removed the flooring in the basement to prevent further water damage. The agent assigned and the manager frequently checked on the progress of the mitigation and kept me and my husband updated with the situation and its resolution. Overall, I’m satisfied with the job they did at my house.

The team completed the job quickly, communicated on daily basis to provide update on the job, and scheduled for me to walk the unit during different phases of the renovation to make sure we were happy.
