My only issue and it wasn't their fault was the place they get the tempered glass from had an equipment problem resulting in a 3 day hold up. To make it slightly worse was that I was not informed and only found out after I called. My replacement was nothing short of perfection and the homeowner I was doing work for was equally thrilled. I wish they kept tempered glass in stock but if they can't , they can't.
