The issues started from the beginning when team leader told me and my wife several things which turned out to be false - such as they are a preferred USAA contractor which they are not. Then I was billed for work not performed including a dumpster which was never onsite and 4 days of drying which should only be 3. I have been trying to work fairly with them but I had two other independent contractors tell me the amount of damage and removal they did to the house was entirely unnecessary. Later, they threatened me with a lien on my house when the insurance adjuster wouldn’t agree to their additional charges after several months. Finally there was additional damage to my house when they left a grocery bag full of silt in my drain and covered it back over- which I only just discovered after the repair. They have also refused any responsibility or help cover my additional damages. Stay away- you can do much better than this.
