They were the only company able to come out the same day to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Tyler was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful in walking us through the process of converting to a heat pump and installing a new AC unit. Their communication was prompt, clear, and consistent throughout. Once the parts were ordered, a team came out quickly for installation. Every technician who worked on our home was professional, efficient, and hardworking. We couldn’t recommend Mallick Mechanical more. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Tyler came to our home and treated everything with the utmost respect and care. His patience as we asked every conceivable question was remarkable and completely relieved our anxiety. He guided us through the process in a professional, knowledgeable, and caring manner. His crew was equally impressive. They carefully and neatly removed our entire HVAC system, using new white tarps throughout the house to protect our space, and installed the new components flawlessly. They even managed the ductwork with precision, making everything go seamlessly. We simply could not be happier with the service provided by the entire team. We look forward to having them continue to check in and perform routine service for the life of our new system.
