We provide satisfaction guarantees for our service so we need to keep a high standard. And heating/cooling become financial disasters for our homeowners. So running into Mallick's team was a dream. We just don't want them to get too busy for us.

After shopping around, we found that Mallick offered the best value for the services provided—and they did not disappoint. They sent out Mike and another technician, and they were true professionals—polite, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Over the next two days, I watched them work tirelessly as they removed the old AC and gas furnace system, carefully cleaning up as they went. When it came time to install the new equipment, they were meticulous, ensuring everything was properly set up and all lines were fully insulated. Mike returned on a third day to complete the installation of the air humidifier. It wasn't an issue at all, especially since the new AC system was already running and cooling the house beautifully. Now, our three-story townhouse is cool and comfortable—even on the top floor, which used to be unbearable in the summer. Mallick did a fantastic job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to friends and family.
