  We had a great experience working with Ryan and his team. From start to finish, everything felt very professional and well-organized, and we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Ryan was especially great to work with—he wasn’t pushy at all and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He gave us several options to choose from and even shared a personal experience that helped us feel more confident in our decision. One thing we really appreciated was being able to use a tool to see how the carpet would look in our actual home before committing—that made a big difference for us. On the day of installation, the installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. After the job was completed, Ryan followed up to make sure we were satisfied, which really shows how much they care about their customers. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get carpet done.

  If you have a flooring project, look no further than Friends and Family flooring! We just worked with them to replace the floors in our home with laminate to prepare to sell it and the entire process was so much easier and affordable than I expected - I really regret not doing it sooner! Tommy was great, from consulting, to making recommendations, and providing estimates, he explained everything thoroughly, was quick to answer questions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Joel, Tony, Noe, & Manuel, the crew who took care of the install, were AMAZING and so incredibly hard working! We had an unexpected issue in one area with the flooring, which required them having to remove the flooring and redo it, and they were more than fair about it. I half hope we end up in a new home that needs new floors just so we can work with them again!

  Ryan and his team installed a stair runner for my wife and I. We are expecting our first child and given that both of us have fallen down our stairs we knew we needed something that would look good and help us safely get up and down the stairs. We could not be more pleased with our experience! The communication was excellent, the price was more than reasonable, and the installation only took a few hours. I will be recommending Ryan and his company to all of my friends and family!

  Look no further for any flooring needs. If you ask for Tommy Hancock, you will get an honest and knowledgeable service. I asked so many questions as this was a big project for our new home and not the cheap one either. I was trying my best to be annoying and ask ALL the dumb questions and get as much info as I can. Could not "break" him (This was not the case with other 2 contractors I called prior to reaching out to him). He was very patient, and made sure he answered all of my questions. He explained the whole process and the difference in the quality of the carpet as well as difference in the price. He worked with us and adjusted his schedule to make it happen for us. Offered us different quality carpets. One thing I really liked about his approach is he never pressured us into getting the better or the most expensive carpet. He gave us all the info and let us make our decision. Jesse kept us posted with delivery times and work with us to schedule actual installation of the carpet. Very easy process seems unreal that company can be that well organized and sounded too good to be true especially after having already been through all of this with 2 different contractors. Being in the customer service business myself, I can tell you this is the company that really cares about their customers and their experience. The installation took just about 8hrs, the house was not furnished so that might helped a little bit but their turnaround time was amazing. It has been couple days since they did their magic and everything looks perfect. I was also notified when they got in the house and got pictures once they finished work (House was not occupied at the moment). I will highly recommend anyone reading this review to reach out and ask for Tommy and you can thank me later. Do NOT call "big local" companies, call Friends & Family as they are the ones that always have and will stand by your side :) Ps. These are the pictures I got from them once everything was completed.

  I am a contractor who has had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Friends & Family Flooring for some time now. They have performed the flooring scope for multiple jobs of mine (everything from LVP, to carpeting, to stairs, to refinishing, and wood install). I will continue to use them for a multitude of reasons: They show up/are reliable, provide super fast turn arounds for quotes, are knowledgeable, bring samples to my clients home (making my life easier), are responsive, do great work, are clean, are reasonably priced (especially for the awesome quality and service), and best of all - make my clients super happy which makes me look good. I can't recommend them enough and would give 10 stars if I could.
