They reached out to me soon after I requested a consult/quote and had Victor out at my condo promptly. Victor came prepared with samples and efficiently got measurements of my condo and drafted a quote up for me on the same day. When I made a last minute adjustment requesting new baseboards, Victor sourced materials and got back to me with the updated quote within the day. I have to say I was impressed by Victor's professionalism and it was awesome working with him throughout the process! Marcos and his helper arrived on installation day and got right to work! They didn't know it at first but they were taking out the messed up floors that I installed myself. My concrete subfloor was MESSED UP, but Marcos came through and handled all the imperfections with ease, leveling and patching where necessary. His decade of experience really shined when he installed over my foyer, which he did with expert precision! His work was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone that needs floors installed! If you are looking to get flooring installed and you live in the DMV area, give Family and Friends Flooring a call and I can promise you won't regret it!
