Called Warner on Monday and John H. came out on Monday to assess. We had it repaired by Matt M. & Wade Y. first thing Wednesday morning. Because Christmas was on a Thursday we were afraid we would not be able to get it fixed until after the holidays, but was happy Warner got it fixed in a couple of days. Matt & Wade did a nice job with the repair, they were quick and efficient.
- SNSridevi NagarajaDec 24, 20255.0Warner Service helped us on two separate occasions to replace a leaky shower and to replace a pressure reducing valve (ours had gotten old and was causing the water pressure in our pipes to be high). Jadet arrived first and inspected plumbing in the whole house as part of our maintenance contract and let us know about the things that needed to be fixed in order of priority. He was clear and transparent about everything. First, he replaced the pressure reducing valve. He looked into the necessary parts needed to change the trim and cartridge of our old shower, which was causing it to leak. Since some of those parts were hard to come by, he recommended putting in a new shower and did it for us the very same day. Jadet and Tyler put in the new shower. I appreciate them coming out on Christmas eve to complete the work! Bonus, my dog loved them too and they were very nice to him! We appreciate their prompt and open communication and their quality of work. Would definitely use them for future plumbing needs and recommend to a friend.
