- STSarah TreichDec 27, 20255.0We interviewed with several contractors and didn't get the right vibe of a company that wanted to work with our vision, be upfront and clear about costs while also working with our budgets, and were friendly and easy to communicate with until we found DS Home improvement. I was so impressed with how they communicated any changes in cost, and any delays. They fixed any issues that came up and provided suggestions on how to solve things. (Our job was a home kitchen renovation on an older home so we knew unexpected things might be found, they were knowledgeable and guided us so no big surprises came up) Any minor imperfections we pointed out they fixed without any issue. The project finished by the communicated completion date even though a window was delayed in shipping and I added some last moment changes. We are very happy with the end results and would use them again and recommend to family and friends.
