- LMLindsey McGreevySep 26, 20252.0The work itself on our window was quality - however, the communication throughout the process was very poor. The time between having our window measured and the window being put in was about 6 months, and that was after we finally figured something was wrong and called them ourselves to inquire. We were told we would be the first stop in the morning since we had waited so long for the window on the day it was put in but that also didn’t happen. When we called to ask why this was, as well as voice our concerns on why it had taken 6 months in general to have the work done, we were told they had attempted to call us multiple times to schedule - which was untrue. We appreciate the solid work that was completed but wouldn’t use this company again due to the lack of customer service and dishonesty we experienced.
