We are also Protector Plus trained, EGSA certified and factory trained to Sell, Install and Service up to 250 KW Gaseous and Diesel Generators. A To Z also has a full service small engine service shop that repairs most makes of power equipment. We sell the full line of Husqvarna outdoor products with over a million dollars of inventory. Lastly we have a propane refill center. and are open six days a week. M-F 9-5 & Sat. 9-2PM. We can provide other pictures and website log in credentials when you are ready.

    I purchased a Generac portable generator (2500i) in February of 2025 (from somewhere else). In June, the pull cord broke and I brought it to A 2 Z for warranty repair. I dropped it off on August 5th of 2025. When I followed up in late August, they had not even looked at it. After multiple phone calls to A 2 Z and Generac Corporate over 3 months, I was told that Generac would not honor their warranty, claiming that the fuel was bad (even though they had now had it for over three months) and they wanted to charge me to replace the entire fuel system. I finally told them to throw it in the dumpster and wrote it off. I will never own another Generac product.

    I contracted with Brian, A to Z Generators, to install a Husqvarna 420IQ auto mower recharging station and boundary and guide wires. He didn't finish the job. Also, his installation didn't conform to advice I received from Husqvarna technical reps. This Husqvarna advice allowed me to redo some of Brian's work. There's more bad news but I hope I said enough to make my point. Brian asked me to give him an online rating. You're looking at it.

    Prompt, professional, reliable installation process and service. They are responsive to questions and requests. Recommend them highly based on our great experience. As luck would have it, no outages since installation almost 2 months ago but we are confident the generator will perform as promised.

    Great service and never delayed to respond for requested upgrade or quotes. Work performed, included generator installation and power connectivity. Took less time than estimated. Professional installation and truthful about pricing. Veteran employee worked on my installation. Very professional and clean cut guy.
