I had to put in a service call for one of my windows as the bracket snapped. The woman on the phone got me set up with an appointment just two days away and was very nice. A young man called and said he was only about 18 minutes away and would be there shortly. Dave Bowen showed up to do the requested work. He was polite, professional and so friendly! He even helped with an issue I was having with my slider that he assured me was an easy fix. He He worked quickly and efficiently wish was wonderful since I was going into work late. He was wonderful to work with and Window World should be proud he works for them. He makes a good impression for the company. Dave, it was a pleasure! Thank you Window World of Baltimore

I must say that my experience with Window World has been A1 from beginning to end. They contacted me within hours of my online inquiry and the representative came out the same week. Mike was knowledgeable about the windows I already had and did a good job explaining what I would be getting. There was no ‘dog and pony show.’ Just straight facts. Johnathan took the measurements the following week and he also installed the windows when they came in. Communication was clear and concise. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Install day went well. I left Johnathan and his partner in my home while I went on with my day. No issues at all and they cleaned up like they were never there. I would definitely use again and would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for new windows!

Great experience from the initial sales contact to the final installation. My house was built in 1905, so the windows are not standard by any stretch of the imagination. That is the second time I work with them and I highly recommend their products, their installation crews and the way they conduct business.

Great people but I got their mid grade windows. I had 26 installed and have had a lot of issues with them right from the start. These windows might be cheaper than others but cost you more in the long run. Higher electric and gas bills. Right out of the gate had issues with craftsmanship from the manufacture of the windows. Replaced windows that were from the 70s and the new windows leak just as bad. Got new windows so I didn’t have to put plastic up and still do. Tech from manufacture even said all windows leak a little, and anything under 1/16th of a inch is good. So with 26 windows I have over a inch and a half of air gap? That can’t be right. They have been out numerous times and every time the leaks get a little better but still leak. I still have one window that the inside seal doesn’t even mate with the window housing. They have replaced that one 2 times and it still is not correct. Again the people should get 5 stars but windows should get 1 star for looking like a window. Hate writing a negative review but the shoe fits.
