  I just had a shed built in my backyard. It is my second shed purchased from Tuff Shed. I am so very pleased with the Clearstory model. It has exceeded my expectations. That said, what truly impressed me was the efficiency and speed the men took to build the shed. They wasted no time to unload and begin building immediately. Although building the shed went very fast, that did not mean that the skill and craftsmanship was sacrificed. The builders, Eddie, Will and Frank were excellent communicators and kept me informed of the progress even as I watched. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. After the trim was nailed and caulked, the installers went around the structure and touched up areas where the paint was scuffed up or had a visible nail. Top Notch! I also want to call out James Crawford who offered excellent customer service. When I called Tuff Shed, I wasn't sure I articulated what I wanted. James listened to me as I described what my needs were for the shed. He helped me (virtually) build my shed based on what I needed and wanted. And after I put in the order, I decided to modify the initial order and add another element (Transom windows), James was quick to accommodate my request and make the change. Lastly, James also recommended the company who installed the stone gravel pit where the shed would be placed on. THAT team were simply great. They arrived on time and took no time in building the base where the shed would go. The attached photos is proof of the collaborative efforts between myself, James Crawford, and the building team. I can't recommended these guys enough. If I were to move and needed a new shed, I know who to call. Thank you.

  They are more than happy to take your money upfront and then basically ghost you until you devote dozens of hours into convincing them to give you a refund, which I'm still waiting for.

  Today Tuff Shed installed a shed on my property in a difficult location. They handled it with total confidence and professionalism, and the end result is excellent.

  The shed is great. The customer service is probably the worst I’ve seen in a long time. My she was installed in August. The tech did not bring the anchors for which I paid. He told to call and get it scheduled to come back and install the anchors. I did. He returned 5 days later, without the anchors, again! Then from mid-August to mid-November there were a series of email and phone call attempts to get someone out here, or to just get a refund, but no answer or email replies. Finally, after commenting on the customer service website, I got an email from the GM. Then a call from the scheduler that they set a date to install the anchors. That day came and went with no one showing up. Emails unanswered. Phone calls not returned. Finally I got the GM on the phone Monday and he said it was now his number one priority and would call be back on Tuesday with a schedule plan for the anchors. It’s now Thursday evening and I have heard from him. I’ve offered to either install the anchors, or just refund the money. I selected Tuff Shed because of the durability and customer service stories I heard. At this point, I don’t know for what I spent $2600.
