He replaced the faulty igniter and I took possession of the faulty unit after the new unit was installed. It turned out the igniter could be purchased for $30-40. I was promised a bill which was never received I've talked repeatly with the company with no sucess

On both occasions they were the definitions of professional. They were on time, very efficient, spotless clean, and very personable. Jose M took additional time after their work to explain everything and give great pointers on how to keep the unites clean and running for a long time. I have already and will continue to suggest Supreme Service for all of anyone’s HVAC needs. They really are the best!

I spend my money locally to help keep local people employed. I do not want to spend my money to fund AI. I cancelled my appointment and took my business elsewhere, to a company that employs humans.
- BABrandon AyresOct 19, 20251.0Stay away from this company. It was a disaster. A 2 day job turned into a 8 week job. They took on a job they had no business taking on. We hired them to install a tub and shower walls. They had to rip it out and start over. And only did so when I put up reviews. They finally finish and offer a discount and then try and take the discount back. My water pressure is low now, they chipped the walls, scuffed the tub, the floor isn't level, crappy caulking job I pretty much had to redo it, etc. Crazy. Don't waste your time with these guys. And I have dealt with so many different employees. When I call back to deal with the same guy they are gone. Terribe company.
