  Saber Z & his assistant were polite, professional, and respectful of my house. When I asked them to close my door behind them at all times I only had to say it once. Initially, I decided to go with Supreme and then I got another quote. So I changed my mind, that is until I spoke with Amanda from Supreme. My mind was made up. , but Supreme price matched the competitor sweetened the deal. Amanda made that happen. She went above and beyond.. Literally running to the warehouse to to see if they could get the unit that I waited. That evening after the unit was installed, I was hot!! That unit pumps out such heat that I had to lower my thermostat to between 69-71.Thanks again.

  I really hate writing negative reviews, but I think people should know about this business. I've been dealing with them for the last 2 years and have always liked them. Their prices seemed fair and their customer service was impeccable. I've purchased an hvac system, an RO system and a water softener from them. In other words, a very loyal customer. On their last visit, they said they were getting into the electrical side of things. They checked all of my outlets saying they were very dangerous, and they weren't supposed to leave until they could disable them. 22 outlets were disabled and one breaker was turned off. They would be replacing 22 outlets and one a breaker. No rewiring needed. The situation sounded dire and I was afraid my house could burn down. The quote for the 22 outlets and one breaker was $8,000. Since I dealt with this company and liked them, I didn't get other estimates. Huge mistake and I totally own that. I remember thinking the day after the work that $8,000 seemed very excessive. I called 3 × to speak with someone who could explain to me why they thought they should charge that much and ask for at least $4,000 back. They never got back to me. To make sure I wasn't making false accusations, I got quotes from electricians on the Nextdoor app, Google and ChatGPT. The most expensive was around $3000. Most were in the $1500 to $2000 range. I thought $4,000 was beyond fair. After trying 3 × to rectify the situation, I gave up. I referred my story to the Maryland Attorney General's office for consumer complaints. What a shame - taking advantage of a good and loyal customer. They've always gotten good reviews from me but no more. Nor will I ever be able to recommend them.

  I had Supreme Service install a new furnace and air conditioning system, and there technician Ricardo did an excellent job. After experiencing a headache (which was unrelated to the install), I called them out of concern for carbon monoxide, and they promptly sent Will R, who was both professional and thorough in testing the system to ensure that everything was safe. I’m impressed with their quick response and attention to customer safety!

  While the technicians have been good, they are awful at keeping appointments. Not just showing up late, they literally do not show. I’m waiting on my 4th reschedule right now, promised first appointment of the day, and nobody has shown and they are over an hour late. On top of that, they pass me on to an AI customer service rep now that just says they’ll have someone get in touch with me soon. I asked on Monday to speak to a manager (after the 3rd no-show) and nobody has called me back (it’s Friday), despite being reassured 2x this week someone would call me. I’ll be looking for a new company to service my geothermal now, really cannot recommend this company to anyone at this point.

  I would give 0 stars if possible. We were told that our heat exchange was cracked which if true means you are not allowed to run your unit and you will be spending 10k+ to replace your furnace. After getting several other inspectors to also run tests everyone concluded this was completely false. Not only are they not using industry standard tests to search for these potentially fatal problems, but they are also lying to customers to pull for more money. My family and I were freezing for several days until we found the correct problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
