  Brendan was, as expected, amazing. He explained what was happening, what needed to be done, and what to expect. Very knowledgeable and professional. What I thought was a worst case scenario just before the holidays ended up be a much less expensive service call to get my 25 yo oil furnace through at least the season. I honestly expected a "That system is to old you need to replace it.' scenario but I didn't. I did request an estimate for replacement for when it does go to the furnace after life though.

  After a conversation with Mike, I am confident that this is not the norm for the company. I will keep you in mind if I am ever in need of another service. I really appreciate the sincerity with a follow up phone call. I tried to give you my business. I have made 5 calls to amazing, starting 11/13. 5 different people took my name, number, address, and zip code. Not a single return call. Thought I had an appointment on 11/14. Tried calling to confirm it and was told there was no log of me calling. Was actually told that maybe I had called a different place the day before and was told that I couldn't have called amazing because there is no man who would have answered my call in the office. Almost hung up, but I really needed a second opinion on my non-working heat pump as well as estimate for new unit. Was finally given an appt date. First available was Monday 11/17, although she said twice it would be that afternoon (fri) was also told there would be a 90$ charge. On your web page it clearly says free 2nd opinion and free estimates. Again, I needed it done. She tells me then that I won't be charged. Since no one came Friday, i assumed she really did mean monday, but I wanted to confirm, so I called Friday afternoon and was told they did not have access to that information and took my name and number, said someone would call me. I called Saturday trying to confirm an appt that might be for mon. Again, the person did not have access to that information. Took my name and number and again said someone would call me to confirm. Here it is Monday and I call to find out if someone is coming out. The person who answered did not know, but would take my name and number and mark it to call ASAP to let me know. In those 4 days, two other companies came out and gave me estimates. I went with someone else else. I was 100% surprised at 3 pm today when a tech called and said he was running about 8 minutes behind. I told him he didnt need to come out. How difficult is it to make and confirm an appointment. The one star is for the lack of communication

  We limped our 24 year old unit along for the past several seasons, and dreaded having to finally replace it because of the cost. Drew Fitzhugh was our point of contact, and was exceptional ... he plainly explained the situation and the options, including fixing the unit. No upsell, no pressure, only the facts and the options. Top service and he gave us a square deal. The techs were on-time, courteous, efficient, and carefully walked us through the maintenance procedures when they finished ... I recommend Amazing without reservation.

  Amazing was great. Drew, the salesman, was professional and prompt. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The day of the install, Austin and Maddie were on time and were vey careful/respectful of my house and furniture. They put down drop cloths all throughout the house and moved furniture out of the way. And when they were finished they put everything back as it was. They explained the new HVAC system and filter replacement technique. As well as explaining the new thermostat.

  Had to replace entire heating system in my home. Received quotes from Constellation Energy and Amazing. Both quotes and warrantees were the same but the customer service wasn’t. Amazing was just that, AMAZING! This was an unexpected emergency and we were not financially ready. Amazing not only treated us like REAL people they worked with us and found us a plan we could work with when the other company would not. I have to thank two AMAZING people that work at Amazing, Alex Bullock who was our initial contact and he quickly got us to who we needed, Mark Crooks (don’t judge him by his name, he is an angel)! :) Both of these gentlemen are angels! We couldn’t have asked for a better team! All appointments, promises, services were on point and time. Follow ups and after hour help was on point. Now they are stuck with us for life. We already told other family members and friends. Amazing will be our GO TO HVAC team from here on! Call them, you won’t regret it! Thank YOU, AMAZING! All the Best!
