  We had a great experience and would highly recommend! We had to have our HVAC replaced and this was the most seamless and efficient process. They had someone come out immediately and it was completely installed in 1 day! We had service, sales and installers come out within a day of each other. Andre, Zach, Greg, Mike & Chad were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

  I couldn’t be more impressed with this Amazing’s plumbing service, Dan S. was courteous, respectful of our time, worked quickly to get the job done right. Thank you. Amazing’s techs exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work everything was done thoroughly, professionally, and with the peace of mind knowing I won’t have any future issues. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values craftsmanship and honesty. That culture is seen in the quality of the people that work there, from the techs to the office staff that handles the scheduling calls. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Marc

  my boiler furnace went bufu on New Years Eve...... .scheduled an online appt...and someone actually called me to confirm on New Years day. 2 techs showed up today..the 2nd....btwn 8-12 as promised.....system back up and running..... Very knowledgeable.... friendly....upbeat....and obviously knew what they were doing! 10 thumbs up! would highly recommend! wasnt cheap..but.. . they were here for 4 hours.

  Scheduled a service maintenance appointment nearly a month ago for today. I pay a monthly fee for biannual service. It’s 5pm and no one has showed for the appointment today. I called multiple times for updates and received no call back. I was contacted on Friday requesting to change my appointment but I indicated my heat wasn’t working properly and needed to keep appointment. Been a customer with this business for over 10 years for 3 different properties, but will be looking for alternatives. This is the 2nd consecutive poor experience with this company. I was charged over $3000 for a HVAC disconnect for a roof repair in the spring. These two experiences are not representative of the commercials this company advertises on the radio. I feel my loyalty to this company has been lost.

  Last summer our air conditioning system failed, and we obtained proposals from several HVAC vendors, including Amazing Heating & Air. At the time, we opted to recharge the existing system to extend its life, but once colder weather arrived it became clear the system was no longer stable. When we ultimately decided to replace the primary unit, we revisited the prior bids and selected Amazing based on their local experience and reputation, even though they were not the lowest bidder. They honored their original pricing (which was Amazing) and were able to schedule and complete the installation promptly. The new system performs exceptionally well—heating is more consistent, airflow has improved significantly, and overall responsiveness is noticeably better. The entire installation was completed in a single day. The installation team was outstanding: professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable -- I can't say enough about how great this team was! They took great care to protect our home before work began and left the space clean once the job was complete. The custom duct adaptation and fabrication work was also top notch. There was a slight communication issue related to whether our whole-home humidifier would be serviced or replaced, which I mentioned in an earlier version of this review. Amazing Heating & Air addressed the concern quickly and professionally, ultimately replacing the unit—even though servicing it would have been sufficient. Their response demonstrated a clear commitment to customer satisfaction. Having dealt with other contractors just prior to making the replacement decision, I can confidently say that choosing the lowest bid is not always the best or wisest approach... A full HVAC system replacement requires a holistic view of the company, as you are establishing an ongoing service relationship. It’s important to work with a contractor that stands behind their work and their products, not just their price; which is clearly the case with this group. If you are on the fence about who to select or are looking for a company to assist with a replacement, I hope this helps in your overall analysis. We did our due diligence and had three comprehensive bids to choose from and do not regret our decision to move forward with Amazing for a moment. That said, I would highly recommend this group for any HVAC project you may be considering -- Especially if you own an older row home in the Baltimore area. If that is the case, this is the group you want to be dealing with as they understand the various nuances and quarks associated with these properties.
