  Had a bad experience man comes charges me $670 for a transmitter on air handler which was fine before he touched it then went to the back of the home just to tell me my compressor wasn’t working right ok that’s fine but my HVac system is 2 years old why my compressor bad and not pushing heat? Now compressors is $3800 and I have to cough it up after buying a brand new 10k hvac system my trust was not good with this company I recommend no one to hire these people they never contacted me back to finish the work the presented and I was willing to pay now I have to go with another company

  Had issues with well and pump system. Called several companies that advertise 'call day or night' for immediate service. Not one answered the phone. Finally found Staton. Although not able to come immediately they did promise service early the next day. The tech (Joe) was at my door very early. I explained to him the issues I was having. He gave it some thought and proposed some solutions. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why. Within about three hours we had our water back, and everything was running better than ever. Thank you, Joe and Mr. Logan. I don't normally recommend businesses, but I will recommend Staton. Outstanding service!

  Had used Staton before and they were great, but this time, they were horrible. We had a heater issue and they committed to fixing it and we accepted the estimate, etc. But then nothing - we called daily to try and schedule the services with promises of a call back. Nothing. Meanwhile we had no heat. When we finally connected with them, we got some run around about how they had planned to call us about a replacement versus a repair but that never happened. Due to their lack of responsiveness we ended up missing out on the $2000 tax credit that expired on 12/31/2025. We ended up having a great experience with ProTech and highly recommend them.

  The heat was not working in my house and I called Staton . The tech showed up and told me that communication board and blower motor needs to be replaced. I told him that I am a electrician before he started to diagnose.The quote was $3100. After he left, I removed the screws from the furnace cover and I tested the motor. There was no issues with the motor. All the characteristics were like the motor was brand new . During the tests I turned the furnace off. After I turned the power back on , the system started to work perfect . Now after three weeks is still working . The issue was a glitch in the communication board which was clear when I turned the power off . So, this company tried to rip me off for $3100. I asked the manager to have my money back for diagnostic. He was OK with it but i never had the money back . Be careful… this company is not honest .

  Staton provided excellent service throughout the entire process of upgrading our HVAC system. From the initial diagnostic visit to getting an estimate on multiple recommended options, Steve and Vincent were excellent. They took the time to walk us through all of our options and answered all of our questions, and helped us feel confident in the decision we made. Less than 24 hours after deciding on a system, the new system was installed. Rodney showed up earlier than expected the next day for installation and went above and beyond. He didn't just install our system, but upgraded and rereouted some lines just to make things easier and cleaner. Everyone was incredibly professional and helpful, and our new system is fantastic. We're very grateful for this great system and the incredible service from Staton.
