We worked with Andy to choose a tile and place the order. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. Unfortunately once the tile was installed the color didn’t look like how we were expecting, but Andy immediately rectified the situation and repeated several times how important it is for us to be satisfied with the end result - I have honestly never received that kind of customer service, and I was blown away. Victor installed our tile and was also so knowledgeable, meticulous and efficient. The tile installation is BEAUTIFUL and exceeded my expectations. He was so kind and professional, despite having to take out the initial tile and reinstall it due to the color discrepancy. Because of our experience with Andy and Victor, we will never go anywhere else for our tiling needs, and will refer everyone we know to Compass Tile. You will not regret working with them.
