Heard from them 4 hours later, told us it couldn't be replaced until Sunday but he would pass on our info. Called on Sunday to find status, was told the info didn't get passed on and the water heater couldn't be replaced anyway until normal business hours. Poor communication with us. Poor internal communication. We had to reach out several times just to keep informed.
