King's Flooring opened it's doors over 22 years ago under the direction of owner Richard King. Richard is still active in every aspect of the business from sales to installation. Many times a week he can be found on the jobsite on his hands and knees guiding and assisting the installers. King's introduction to the flooring business was at a very young age installing, sanding and finishing hardwood floors.

    Replaced our kitchen flooring. We selected a rolled vinyl after much comparison shopping. Kevin H from Canadian Carpet Outlet was a flooring professional through and through. He thoroughly discussed alternative products and installation options for us, secured product stock and arranged timely installation all at a fair price. Kevin was completely accessible during the entire process and ensured we where happy with the installation. The installer, Garion was polite, prompt, skilled and clean.

    I see there are some really bad reviews. I am surprised. My dealing with them was an insurance claim. Although the warehouse is dark and weird, Rick was fantastic, and I would use them again. I didn’t have tile done. It was hardwood and vinyll flooring.

    Not the best experience with this company. As they where hired by an insurance Company to put in new floors. As they installed the new floors, they lifted. We told them this was an issue. And all they said was put a weight on the new floor and it will settle. After they "completed" the job. The floor had lifted in so many places, it looked terrible. We said it should be fixed. They did not fix it. Called the insurance company. They did not help. Called to speak to the manager at canadian carpet. He finally called back. Got us to send pictures Then he did nothing. Very unprofessional. Very bad business. Months have past and the new floor have lifted everywhere. Looks awful. And this company has made 0 attempts to fix the issue. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
