    Persistent Noise and Unprofessional Behavior Our neighborhood near Fremont Street has been dealing with ongoing noise disturbances from Scrap-It transport trucks parking alongside residential buildings with their engines idling for long periods — often early in the morning and even on weekends. This constant noise has been very disruptive to residents. In addition, there have been instances of highly inappropriate behavior from some truck drivers, including public urination near our property. This kind of conduct is unacceptable in any community. We ask Scrap-It management to take responsibility for their drivers’ behavior and to implement proper guidelines to prevent idling and ensure respect for the surrounding residential area. A little consideration would go a long way toward maintaining good community relations.
