- ACAva C6 days ago1.0spent 20k on a brand new furnace now going on 3rd month of a BRAND NEW furnace that won’t work. have had at least 6 different techs out to “fix” the problem. started with no heat or hot water for 3 weeks followed by the furnace sounding like a helicopter, now to having water all over my basement floor. DO NOT use these people.. tech stood there tonight for a half hour and stared at my furnace then left when he said nothing was wrong with it. told me just to put a bucket under the exposed pipes. no manager/owner or supervisor will get back to me after months. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

Orion Zheku came to my house, he asked $565 trouble shooting first and asked me to sign, so I signed the paper work. He exchanged AMT 30 expansion tank, 30 pressure relief valve watt20150, and oil nozzle. The final price was $2,648.47, since I wanted to have a heat come back again ASAP so I paid the fees. But after 2 days, there was no heat and hot water again in 01/03/2026. He didn't fixed the problem!

Phil came and took a look and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. He gave me various options and his recommendations of what to do. I really appreciate his help and how fast everything was taken care of. Planned the next visit to repair and also consult to replace my unit (needs it!) Def recommend Phil and Central cooling and heating!
