  They don't stick to the scheduled appointments. I scheduled an appointment for November 18 at 1:30 PM, and at the end of the day, they called me saying the technician couldn't come. I rescheduled for November 19 at 1:30 PM, and they said technician Raul would be at my office to repair my fryer. I'm still waiting. Terrible at keeping time and schedules. And I already paid for the service in advance. I do not recommend them.

  They don't keep to the scheduled appointment. I scheduled an appointment for November 18th and they called me at the end of the day saying the technician couldn't come. I rescheduled for November 19th from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm, but the technician didn't show up. When you call, you get a robot; you can't speak to a person. Terrible service and they don't keep to the schedule. I've already paid in advance and haven't received the service.

  Consistent and communicative! My experience with Super Service was indeed Super. Informative, they called to keep me updated. I had leaky pipes and they, especially Roy, made me feel at ease. The work was done in a reasonable time frame, with minimal mess, of which they clean up. Very thankful I used Super Service.

  Very disappointed — won’t hire again They start out friendly and convincing, promising same-day service at no extra cost. But when the technician arrived, he took forever to assess the problem, and by the time he said I needed a new water heater, the company had already ordered and delivered one — without consulting me about price, brand, or options. I’ve replaced water heaters before, so I know what’s fair. I even offered to go to Ferguson in Brighton myself to pick up a unit. The quote I received for a 50-gallon water heater with a 5-year warranty was $3,000, even though the same unit costs about $1,000 at retail stores. They also refused to provide an itemized receipt, which is not a good sign. I only accepted because it was late and I have tenants depending on hot water. My advice: Find a different company. I will never use them again.

  f I could give zero stars, I would. A family member who lives in my downstairs apartment called this company on a Sunday for a broken toilet. We were told someone would come that day. I rearranged my plans to be home—no one showed. When we followed up, they promised someone would arrive Monday morning. Again, no one came until 4 PM. I had taken the day off work to accommodate them. When the technician finally arrived, he quoted over $3,000 to replace both toilets in the building—something we never asked for and didn’t need. After pushback, they revised the quote to over $1,000 for the actual repair, but warned that if we didn’t replace the toilet, they wouldn’t guarantee their work. I had a nearly identical repair done weeks earlier by another plumber for half the price. Despite my reservations, I agreed—mainly because the repair was urgent. They scheduled the work for the next morning between 9 and 10 AM, saying they needed to secure parts. It’s now noon, and no one has shown up. Again. This level of disorganization, upselling, and disregard for people’s time is unacceptable—especially from a company of this size. I should have trusted my gut. Unreliable, overpriced, and deeply disappointing.
