All work was done very professional and all steps made to assure that any dust that may have been made from the sanding of the floors was very minimal and that was the case as there was barely any trace of dust from all of the work done to strip down and refinish the oak flooring we had Damien finish for us. We opted for the gloss finish and that made the refinishing results even better as all not only looked like new but looked like the floors were still wet when finished ! There was also no trace of imperfections or debris within the finish coats of which can happen with some floor finishing contractors Damien Hardwood Floors will always be our choice for hardwood floor finishing for sure and they most certainly deserve a grade A+ rating for the work and results they did on refinishing our solid oak hardwood flooring!

The initial process was simple and straightforward, and the installation well done as expected and agreed. The actual workers did not speak any English, though when an issue came up I was able to get them to call the owner, who was fluent in English, explain it to him, and he instructed them what to do, and they did it. We would use them again if needed.
