I took the word for it and did not cancel my 2 o’clock appointment. Had to pay my dog walker to stay with them because I couldn’t miss my appointment.

Our heat stopped working and we had called a few places to come out to fill it with no luck, mind you it was 11 at night at this point and freezing. Ryan came out and got our heater back and running, was very understanding, and kind. Would definitely recommend GEM and Ryan in the future!
