Initially, the quote was unrealistic for the job, but after having them rereview and providing a different company’s quote, they were very apologetic and provided a more accurate number and then price matched. Communication was great and they were professional. The work done looks good and they explained everything very well while working. I worked with Matt and Greg who were very nice and helpful.

The crack was arrested from any further travel. To my surprise the went above and beyond what I had contracted them to do. They saw some other issues and corrected them also. I like the fact that the warranty goes with the house. The next owner doesn’t have to worry about it. I highly recommend them. I saw some negative comments about scheduling work. Ramjet was very specific about timing of the work and a window of time that they would do the work. Yes it could be weeks or even months for them to get to you but that was presented to me before the contract. Very satisfied customer.
