He answered all the questions we had. We will use PVE in the future if needed and definitely would recommend Luke. Also, the customer service person I spoke with to arrange the service was also very friendly and professional, and explained the fee structure clearly up front. Same day service (non-emergency) was appreciated.

The woman I spoke with at the office thoroughly explained the billing process and arranged for the service call. She was delightful and I am sorry for forgetting her name. Nicholas, the technician was thorough and explained every step of the process, including the unexpected snags he encountered. I can't recommend PVE highly enough!

After having an emergency appointment set with another company and them canceling on me last minute I contacted PVE who had a tech to my house within the hour. My heating system was deemed not worth repairing so I opted to have PVE install a brand new system. Luke, Nick and Steve came out to do the install and I was very impressed by their quality of work and attention to detail. Luke answered all my questions and explained what was going on and what different parts of the new system were and how they functioned. All the employees were very friendly and knew their job well going above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. They even left my basement cleaner then it was when they arrived.

Chris was able to schedule me in meeting my short timeframe. Then Josh C. arrived and on time! As he diagnosed the issues, he would call me with updates as I was out of town. He cleaned, fixed, replaced everything in record time! He made the furnace run like new! I can't say enough good things about PVE, their communication, professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency! Anyone reading this, just call and give them a try. You will be amazed!
