Chase and Harris had always been reliable and reasonably priced. Other than septic pumping, we had them install an easy access cover making future pumps so much easier. Very happy with them!

We did not use you this past summer. I don't know why you are asking for a review. When we did use you the previous years, your service was excellent. Nice and clean. Definetly recommend.

We called for a new septic system just a few months before our big move out of state. It was a last minute, hail Mary, all hands on deck with no room for mistakes, time to spare or money in our pockets. Chase Harris pulled out all the stops to get us a new and approved system in the nick of time, with kind and supportive service from each employee with which we interacted. This is a company that can be trusted in the best of times. Thank you so much for getting us through the worst of it! So grateful to recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions About Chase Harris Septic Services

What do I do if there is a septic odor in my house?

First, make sure there isn’t a dry drain in a sink or shower by running water for a couple of minutes in each. A dry drain will allow gases from the septic system to get into your home. If there is still an odor, call your plumber for further evaluation.

What do I do if there is a septic odor outside?

An odor outside could come from several different sources, such as the vent on your roof, the vent over the leach field, breakout over the leach area, or from a neighbor’s septic system. Try to determine the source or call our office for help and suggestions for a solution.
