  Called and had one of their people (Zane V.)here the next morning to fix a heating issue. The tech was very friendly and professional and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a little under an hour. The component they replaced was marked up something like 4x retail and 8x wholesale which is absurd by any industry standard and I should knock a star off their rating for that but I'm leaving it because the tech provided great service.

  My mother had her annual maintenance appointment and it went awful! This company showed a fake picture of my elderly mother’s furnace and shut her gas off due to “damaged” system and told her it was leaking carbon monoxide. This was during a very cold week in November (temperature at night was around 30 degrees) to pressure her into buying a new system for 28k and get it installed the following day asap. Do not use and do not trust. The picture they sent her after saying she had to check with me first was not even her date or time of her service call. Got a second opinion and there was nothing wrong and no carbon monoxide leak. Scam for elderly people who live alone!

  I recently had Kimber shave come to my house for some plumbing work, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what was my problem. The issue was diagnosed quickly, explained clearly. All at a fair price. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how clean they left the workspace when finished. It’s rare to find someone who takes his much pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, high-quality plumbing service. Definitely use Sila Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical for plumbing issues.

  I selected Sila based on my Neighbors recommendation to do my gaz boiler yearly maintenance. The price initially was $99 was increased to ~$270, to include missing options (air purge of the 4 zones and cleanup of water filtering) I really appreciated the work done by Ralphie & Jaden I put only 4 stars because : a) I struggled a little with the scheduling with their call center, but it’s my fist time as a customer. Let’s see next time b) I would have prefer to pay online rather than entering my card on Ralphie’s phone. Check is also possible but I didn’t find my checkbook

  Plumber Josh was great!! My baseboards were making banging noises of all sorts constantly and Josh came and help me diagnose the problem and fixed it! He saw couple parts were loosened and made them tighter again so my baseboards wouldn’t move and keep banging the walls or against each other. He also checked my boiler in the basement to see there was nothing of a bigger issue with the noises. I also asked him other random plumbing questions and he was very knowledgeable and patient throughout this! At the end he tested the baseboards with the heat on and the noises were gone! Great customer service for sure, thanks so much Josh!
