I asked the salesman to put a note on the order to call us for a delivery ETA. By 11am with no contact, I called and was told a certain hour range by 3pm. At 3 I called and was told we don't give hour ranges, but it'll be there by 4. At 4 I called and they said, we'll call the delivery team. Delivery called and said they are two states away leaving the building now. Trailer arrived at 6pm. They required someone there for delivery so a staff member waited all day. The next week I noticed the trailer disappeared so I called, they said they picked it up. No communication. Next time I'll report it stolen.

The delivery driver placed the unit when we requested without any issues. During the week and a half down time between parties it was scheduled for cleaning and service. Apparently where it was delivered it made the driver of the cleaning truck "uncomfortable" to service. Meanwhile the driver showed up to clean it, pulled into the driveway, sat there for less than a minute, then drove away without telling anyone or calling or even knocking on the door to inform anyone of why he was "uncomfortable". So when i called the company to speak with someone about my problem about having a half full unsanitary unit that has been sitting in the sun for almost 2 weeks, i get "let me look into it and call you back" 3 times and attitude from office staff and manager. They would have let it go the entire rental term without notifying me of any issues. They had no willingness to rectify the situation or refund me half of what i paid. I paid for the unit WITH servicing, i got half of what I paid for! The real kicker was nobody got back to me, i had to call several times to finally get answers, and they have no issue with picking it up, and of course they aren't going to refund me any money. So do yourself a favor and call another company.
