His communication was great through the whole process, patiently answering my many questions. We had a few issues pop up during construction, all of which he addressed head on and we were able to come to a solution that worked for both of us. Dave led the crew working on my project and was exceptionally respectful of my space which was important since I was working from home most of the time during construction. He always left the site clean and kept excessive noise to a minimum. We finished the project on budget and, though it took longer than originally expected, it was still done by the date specified in the contract. Overall, I felt the work was a great value for what I paid.
