They apparently keep visiting multiple customers to solve heating problems, say they've solved the problem and then the heating fails that night or the following night. Now they have a call service that won't even let elderly customers talk to the company without agreeing to pay $595 after they just "fixed" the heating systems and the heating system failed again a day or two later. This is a well documented problem and they residents in the community need to submit everything to the MA Attorneys General if the company continues to charge them for not fixing the heating systems and failing to respond in a timely manner to complaints about being paid for work that's not actually addressing the heating problems. I saw the Beantown truck in a driveway last night servicing a home in the neighborhood. That home didn't have heat this morning. I woke up at my parents' house to no heat this morning either after Beantown had recently serviced the heating system. Please be aware that company responses affect the Google algorithm. Work documents will be submitted to the state for resolution.
