I was informed about the process on the phone and that an estimate would take 2 weeks from the visit to turn around. Robert visited my home and confirmed that I would receive in estimate in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to inquire and was told the soonest I'd receive anything back would be in an... another 2 weeks. This was not only a waste of my time and energy, time in which I could have been pursuing estimates with other contractors, but it's also incredibly telling about the process and how they value their word when it comes to timing on deliverables. It's important to have a contractor that is honest on their timeline and meeting deadlines that they give you. Robert seemed like a nice guy but the lack of communication, honesty about timelines and disorganization is a massive red flag when it comes to a contractor. Just happy we figured this out before we were under construction!
