From the detailed quotes, all the way to completing the work. Pricing was fair and competitive with quotes from other companies. Everything was done cleanly and efficiently, and to top it all off, everyone we met from Castle was just pleasant to talk to and work with. We will absolutely be using Castle again for any electrical work we need in the future!

It's now Tuesday afternoon and I never heard anything back. I had to call another electrician to come and do the job in the meantime ETA - since I can't respond to the "response from the owner" below - the owner is lying. I did not call during after hours. I called at 11:19am and spoke to a live woman, who said my request would be labeled as "emergency" so I would get a call back today. I never received a call back from anyone, including your false claim that someone named Mike had tried to reach out. There was also no wind storm the entire weekend that I called. Why are you making up stories? The fact that you're lying and making up stuff, instead of owning your communication issues is a big RED FLAG.
