Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. As it turns out, Full Swing charged me to replace one type of furnace (what was installed - a Bryant System) from my property, and turned around and installed a far lesser valued furnace (a Rheem system), and yet charged me nearly three times what the lesser furnace should have cost to install. In other words, they did a "bait and switch" on me. Instead of resolving the issue, Full Swing has filed a lien on my property. Something I will of course vigorously fight and counter-sue. In my opinion, anyone looking to install or repair a furnace (or any plumbing work, for that matter) should stay away from this company.

Brady did a great job evaluating the various plumbing issues we had and gave recommendations on how to address them. Clarke and Jordan were excellent at completing the work (they replaced 4 toilets, a sink garbage disposal, and a leaking pipe under a sink). They worked efficiently and left each space clean and ready to use - they were also really good at troubleshooting on the spot. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell us, but rather gave us practical solutions to the issues we had. We will definitely work with them in the future.
