Brittany was very polite, and helpful and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. On the day of my appointment, she kept abreast of when Mark, the technician would arrive at my house. When Mark arrived, he politely introduced himself. He was friendly, respectful and immediately went to work on the furnace. He esplained things that he felt I should know during the process. I have never had the furnace inspected and taken care of in such detail before. It was really amazing. He also took time to exlain the Maintenance Plan, which I purchased during that same appointment. I am very glad I called Blue Bear!

He came back three times to make sure the job was complete before it got too cold. He and the rest of the Blue Bear team was a pleasure to work with.

The Blue Bear crew, particularly Jack O. were phenomenal. Despite their high prices, Blue Bear is worth it.

The central air installation caused a significant reconfiguration of the havoc within the house. Blue Bear booked and completed the initial work quickly and as quoted. There were several hiccups identified post installation that required several additional appointments. Peter and Blue Bear worked tirelessly and professionally to get the system running better than the HVAC had ever worked in this house. Very happy with the outcome and all of my interactions with Peter and the entire Blue Bear team.
