Instead of taking route two they drove through downtown Concord and all through town and residential neighborhoods to get back on at the rotary. Don’t use such a inconsiderate company.

The toiler order was mishandled and I had to call multiple times to get it resolved. As a result, I didn't get it unitl 2 days after it was needed. Once I needed items picked up, that is where the horror show really begins. After 4 phone calls and assurances, no one would call me back. This organization seems to be a network of proxies and local sub contractors which is a recipe for not getting things when you need them. It's been days and I am still waiting for things to get picked up from the site, which is now blocking other things from being dropped off. I am giving them 2 stars since they go some things right but it has been mostly a negative experience. Price is also not very competitive so I can't say that at least I got a good deal. I will not be using this service again.
