- HCHeramb Chadchankar5 days ago1.0We used to really like this company. We got our system installed by them and was maintained yearly by really competent staff for over 5 years. But something has changed in the culture of the company. This year, they serviced our units and the condenser developed a leak right after. There is no heat in most of the house. We have been heating the whole house using just one minisplit. We have been waiting for two days and they keep telling someone will come but nobody shows up. When someone came at night after waiting the whole second day, the person told the staff should have told you that this work cannot be done at night. When I called them again, they told me that we are too far - never heard such a ridiculous excuse. We are right in the middle of their service area. Something fundamental has changed in the company. This is not the old NETR it used to be, which is a shame. Our baby's room has no heating but for them it's not an emergency and suddenly we are too far when they don't have any problem coming to us when they get money!

NETR should better coordinate scheduling and try not to contact clients after 8 p.m. to reconfirm appointments. The job was done well, but started four hours after the original timing was given. He was very knowledgeable and was very honest About my heating system and what I needed I would recommend them for any issues To do with your heater.
