He explained what he felt the plan should be and answered all of our questions. Next day, his crew showed up and they were professional and courteous. I called several other companies and I felt that their astronomical pricing was just their way of taking advantage of my urgent situation. I spoke with the owner, Derek and explained what was going on and how the other companies were giving me insane estimates even though there was no demo work. Within 2 hours, Derek was at my house and gave me an extremely reasonable price for the work. By Monday morning, Derek and his guys were at my house completing the work. Derek's employees were all very nice, communicated when necessary, and worked quickly, so much so that they were able to finish it ahead of the original schedule. Derek saved me from losing the buyers of my current home and from potentially losing my new home, without taking advantage of the situation price and quality wise. Also, I was shocked by how clean my basement was after the work was completed. In fact, I dont think its ever been that clean.

This occurred on a Friday night close to 5 pm, I called All Dry and spoke with Derek who went to my home that evening to assess the damage. On Saturday morning he had his men back at home setting up dehumidifiers and spraying the contaminated areas. He and his crew did an amazing job cleaning and removing all damaged materials in my home. Derek and Patrick and all of their crew did an amazing job protecting the undamaged parts of our home while demolition proceeded. I was so impressed with the overall professionalism and communication I received from All Dry I would recommend them to anyone who has any type of water damage in their home. A++++ service! Thank you All Dry for helping us get through a terrible situation!
