Soon after I scheduled on line Susan called me to collect more information to speed up the process. During our conversation I asked Susan if the service can be done prior to my scheduled date and she promised to try her best. This morning Susan told me she indeed found an available time I wished for. I am so glad for that. In the afternoon John Lamb came to my home and did the repairmen smoothly. John is very courteous, professional and very helpful when I asked other things about the heater. I highly recommend Accurate Baker Elman.
