I was never called in the morning to tell me whether they would be here in the morning or afternoon. Once I was able to reach someone, I was told they were currently dealing with an emergency, but she would pass the message on to the dispatcher. I had to reach out again to get a sense of time (it was just before 1 at this point) and I was told they were dealing with an emergency and would be there between 2 - 4. At 4:15, I called and was told they needed to reschedule. Maybe they didn't have enough people that day, but I would have hoped they would have contacted me proactively. It was easy to reschedule and they gave me the first time slot. I just wish I hadn't had to of wasted a day waiting.
