They came the same day I called. Chris was right on time, knew what the problem was within a few minutes. He had the part and had me back to a cool house. Chris was polite, extremely personable. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and I so appreciate the texts & emails for keeping me informed. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. Somebody trains their employees with keeping the customer very satisfied. I would highly recommend Rego.
