Mario snaked and cleaned the sewer line and discovered multiple issues including the major one which was causing my immediate problem; a hole in the sewer pipe a few feet from the house. Mario was very friendly and worked quickly to diagnose the problem and set up another appointment repair/replace the pipe with the hole.

Mario Rojas, the plumber who came a few hours later, did an excellent job fixing the running-water issue in the toilet tank. He was very professional and also gave helpful suggestions on how to maintain the system before leaving... I like their service and would definitely recommend ER Services if you need quick, high-quality plumbing work done.

He was polite, helpful and fast. He cleaned the area throughly and was very professional!! I was super impressed with his quality. He gave me tips on keeping the appliance clean and in good condition. Kristi in the back office was also great to work with.
- AEAkram EloucheNov 11, 20252.0I needed a 3 unit building inspected for a possible leak. I found ER Services on thumbtack. When I spoke to the scheduler she told me it would $89 to inspect and if I did the work it would be waived. Once ER services arrived onsite, before doing any inspection they called and told me it would be $450 to inspect. This is VERY different than $89. Pulled the wool over my eyes. - tried to tell me I didn’t understand the scheduler? I would have never scheduled a $450 inspection. I gave them the option to do the work for a bit lower price and they weren’t willing to meet me in the middle. I called another plumber who does my other properties and he will do the 45 minute inspection for $150. I gave them a 2 vs. 1 star because they were polite even in a difficult situation.
