    Very fast turnaround. The tech was very capable and pleasant. Nothing worse than no heat and we were taken care of so quickly after calling. We r so grateful.

    I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Caron Heating and Cooling! From start to finish, the entire team made the installation of my new heat pump system absolutely seamless. Everyone I worked with was not only extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional, but also went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. A special thank you to Stacy and Dan, as well as Hurl, Al, Karen, and Vickie — each of them played a key role in making this such a positive experience. They guided me through the Mass Save programs, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the whole process stress-free.
