He was highly professional and extremely polite to me and my belongings. Frankly I was worried about this interaction because although I had heard very positive things about the company, I still hadn't felt directly with them. The cleaning crew came in with respect and smiles. My appliances never looked this clean, probably cleaner than when they came brand new with the house! I felt confident that my electronics were sanitary and safe and useable. I could tell that I was their customer, rather than the insurance company. They wanted me to be confident to use my appliances again and I was, 100%! Highly recommend this company for all your cleaning jobs. Super professional on the cleaning day, especially.
